General Use Agreement
The following use agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to use of the information in the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency's Housing Study.
Disclaimer
The housing study reports were developed expressly for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency ("PHFA"), as part of a statewide Housing Study under contracts with The Reinvestment Fund, czb LLC, and the Housing Alliance. While all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the underlying information, there is no guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, or exhaustive. Neither PHFA nor its vendors make any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the data or the use of the data for any purpose, and we are not responsible for possible errors, omissions, misuse, or misinterpretation. This information has been prepared and compiled for information and reference purposes only and should not be used, and is not intended to be used, for any other purposes.
Terms of Use
By accessing the information contained on the Housing Study site, PHFA grants the user the privilege of use only. Information and data copied or downloaded from the site is not intended to be quoted or relied upon for any purposes by any third party, and is not to be quoted as the basis of rental market or investment decisions.
Updates
The information used and displayed in the reports is static. There have been changes in the data since the date it was compiled and gathered for use in developing the report shown on the next page. PHFA is not obligated to provide updates to data in the event that newer information becomes available. All information contained in the report prepared by the vendors is dated and neither PHFA nor the vendors are under any obligation to update or augment the report. All users are on notice that information is as of the date reflected in the data.
Assumption of Risk
The user expressly assumes all risks associated with any use of the data or the information from the reports.
Limitation of Liability
The user releases PHFA and its directors, officers, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all liabilities for any and all damages resulting from the use or misuse of any data obtained including, but not limited to incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages of any sort, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise, regardless of notice to PHFA of potential claims. Access to this site and any use of data derived therefrom is expressly conditioned upon user's agreement to these limitations on liability.
Secondary Data Dissemination Prohibited
Users may not disseminate or provide PHFA data to other entities or individuals without prior written permission from PHFA.
Not PHFA Policy
Any views and conclusions set forth in any part of the report or derived from the data are those of the vendor or the preparer. PHFA does not endorse or adopt such views or opinions and the report and data may not be cited by any party to represent PHFA's position or policy.
